Q:  When was up-tix.com established?
A:  The up-tix.com domain was registered on July 10, 2006.

Q:  How much profit will I make?
A:  The current objective is to return a total of 210% to investors on all spends, to be made
in minimum weekly installments of 3% each, for a maximum of 70 weeks.

Q:  Please explain the above referenced "minimum" and "maximum."
A:  Certainly.  As we fully expect to realize margins significantly higher than 3% weekly,
once reserve funds and discretionary accounts are at comfortable levels, efforts will be
made to arbitrarily adjust payments upwards as portfolio experience permits, thus
shortening the maturities of your spends.

Q:  How did you arrive at a figure of 210%?
A:  There are so many programs "out there" which promise, say, 190%, that you need to
get through several cycles before being truly profitable.  We would like to see you profitable
as quickly and as prudently as possible.  That way, re-spends on your part are coming
from true profits.

Q:  What strategies are used to create these returns?
A:  Through pooling of revenues, we shall invest in online ventures offering substantially
higher returns than we are offering you.  Over time, the strategy endeavors allow up-tix, like
you, to venture monies from true profits, rather than from your spends.  Call it  "Trickle-up
economics."

Q:  How are payments made?
A:  Payments are made directly to the e-currency account from which up-tix receives your
spend.

Q:  Do you offer compound interest?
A:  No, we do not offer compound interest.  You will have to achieve that effect, should you
so choose, through a responsible, personal investment / reinvestment strategy.

Q:  Am I required to signup / join up-tix?
A:  No, it is not necessary to "signup" as you would with many programs.  up-tix has
investors, not members. You obviously become an investor once you spend to the up-tix
e-gold general account, XXXXXXX.  Thus, there is no need for a log in page.  up-tix
maintains no in-house/online accounts for investors:  Therefore, there is nothing to be
hacked.  There are no funds to be plundered.  Should the up-tix.com website become the
target of DDOS attackers before security mechanisms are implemented, the program can
continue, uninterrupted.

Q:  Which e-currencies do you accept?
A:  Currently, up-tix accepts e-gold only.  The next logical move would be to accept e-bullion
as well, due to its growing popularity and online/offline access via debit cards, money
orders, etc.  At some point, should we accept e-bullion and achieve some relative level of
parity between the two e-currencies, up-tix will look into the possibility of offering a low-cost
exchange service for investors.  This is not, of course, an immediate priority - merely
"something to think about."

Q:  What are the minimum and maximum amounts I may invest?
A:  The minimum is an equivalent of e-gold to $45.00 (US).  While a maximum limit has not
been permanently established, a $500.00 e-gold equivalent threshold is recommended,
until the program is well underway.

Q:  Once I make a spend, when will I receive my first interest payment?
A:  You will receive payment during the second weekend, GMT, following your investment.
To clarify, spends received by up-tix in the week preceding for example,
Friday, July 14, 2006, 24:59:59 PM, (GMT),
will qualify for interest payments beginning
Saturday, July 22, 2006, 00:00:00 AM, (GMT).

Q:  Are multiple spends allowed?
A:  Yes, you can make as many spends as is in keeping with your personal investment
strategy.  Please bear in mind that as there are no in-house accounts with which to
co-mingle your spends, each will therefore be treated individually, that is, as a unique
investment, by up-tix.

Q:  Will I get my principal back?
A:  Not as a unique payment.  up-tix will endeavor to re-pay each investor 210% of each
spend made.  Interest payments on each spend reaching the 210% maturity will then
cease.

Q:  Do you have a referral program?
A:  No, up-tix will not pay referral fees.  This should effectively reduce or eliminate the
incidence of spamming and accusations of spamming.

Q:  How can I contact you?
A:  admin@up-tix.com
